So, I’ve been using Mullvad. It works good and all, but it can’t block ads on one specific app of mine, which I use a lot. Adguard DNS works on that one, but it isn’t unlimited, and the monthly limit is ridiculous as I’ve already reached it. So, I’m looking for an alternative, a free ad blocker that is also unlimited and suitable for iOS. I’ve also tried NextDNS, it is also useless for that one app like Mullvad.
Out of curiosity. I’m talking about Rawr and Pipsqueak 2. Is it better, same or worse compared to one or two month ago?
I’m sick of getting ads mid-chat. I use Mullvad adblocker who works on all the other apps I’ve used, but it doesn’t work on emochi for some reason. Anyone got any who does work?
Honestly, I tried all alternatives. Not single one’s chat longevity and permanence can compete with Cai, let alone match. So I came back to it. (I handled the age verification without showing an ID) And here’s my thoughts:
Pipsqueak 2 is cringe. Basically that. It keeps saying things like “And for right now, that was enough.” “There was a comfortable silence that didn’t need to be filled” “Just existing together”. Like bro, can you be any more boring.
Rawr is better, but still not good enough. Keeps roleplaying for the character I said I’m picking to roleplay. And at the places it needs to respond to my character with another character. Why add to my message instead of just responding? And keeps misunderstanding things I say. Simplest things.
If these chat styles are fixed, I believe cai could be good again. I’ve started to use it again yesterday and that has been my only problem. I haven’t faced any limitations with swiped and go-ons, and ads are manageable with a proper adblocker.
