27M, 7-year long relationship broke in Jan 2026. Feeling lost
Breakup happened in Jan 2026 nearly 3 months after I discolsed my relationship to my parents in October 2025. Parents agreed, told friends as well, everyone was happy. Had a fight, nothing like we never had before, everything ended suddenly. I am trying to make sense of it along with how relationships and marriage unfold for me. Any sort of guidance is appreciated
