So I’ve had my searwood xl 600 for few days and the controller despite being plugged in, keeps draining. I noticed when I first fired it up the controller read 75% battery and now after my third cook I’m down to 50%. The smoker is staying plugged in so why is not charging. I’ve reached out to them for support but honestly it’s almost impossible to get to the right department the one lady said she’d transfer then just disconnected the call… pretty frustrating
