Loved the first 4 regions in the game but feel like it becomes tedious at the end.
The boss fights all become super annoying, particularly demon of obsession and the final boss. I used the longsword for the entire game and never cheesed with leech/dual blades, but I finally reached my limit with demon of obsession and had to use leech with the empyrean axe. I probably died 30 times with my swanblade build but beat it first try with the axe. The bosses at the end are just really annoying to fight or downright poorly designed. The last areas with a fuckton of enemies all in tight groups that you just have to run around instead of fight are also annoying and bad design.
