Soreness or weakness

So for a while now when I am driving for long distances , my right hamstring will get really tight , painfully tight. One PT says I’m very active and I’m tight, someone else told me the muscles are weak and need to be strengthened. Any thought?

Golf and regular fitness

52m in good shape, workout 5-6 times a week, bicycle, golf, and other activities. Diet is all natural 90% of the time. Also use a standup desk at work.

I work hard at staying healthy, I’m just getting frustrated. Starting playing more golf and have more problems w hips, knees, and back then I did playing hockey. Muscle spasms in a calf i sprained a year ago. Tight hammys.

Not here to complain because I am healthy and it could be worse, looking for exercises men do to keep mobile and active. Tired of waking up with aches and pain, but I also need to move for mental health. Plus some say tightness equals weakness, anyone have thoughts on that?

Besides strength and cardio, do you use a sauna, hot tub, massages, yoga, etc…

I’m open to anything to keep my physical ability up and keep moving.

Thanks and stay strong my friends
