Going from SMB to enterprise

Got a new job moving from an MSP/small business environment to a global enterprise. Anyone that's done the same, got any tips for me? I'm joining in a EUC role, super excited but a bit nervous at the same time. Been in really generalist my whole career so far for small biz so this is a bit change.. Who's been there, done that, what can you tell me?

Advice needed - Move to Enterprise from SMB/MSP

Have somewhat of a dilemma and was hoping that the good people of sysadmin could give me some advice. I have been in IT for about 12 years, in that time I have worked for either an MSP or an Internal IT department for a small/medium business. Largest organisation being about 300. Currently I work for a small MSP where I am handling a lot - There's elements of account management, project work, IT leadership and strategy stuff and helpdesk escalations. We're really small so I do have to just handle anything that comes up. It's getting difficult, especially as there are some things coming up in my personal life that will take priority over work.

I have a really good relationship with my boss, think of him as a friend as well as my boss but have been offered a job in a large enterprise environment as solely an Endpoint engineer. Pay is similar, benefits and holidays are worse but I am working 40-50 hours weeks at the moment, and feeling very anxious about work. Taking this job somewhat would be a good step for my career, but it would potentially pigeonhole me into a specific tech path. Not that I mind as I enjoy doing endpoint stuff, but obviously now I am touching everything in our clients environments and worried this could cause my career options to narrow.

I wanted to hear what people would do in my situation, and if anyone has any advice for someone that is going from the SMB/MSP space to an enterprise environment. I'm based in the Midlands in the UK if that helps.
