I'm writing an essay for uni where I'm discussing YouTube and the culture industries and I'm looking for some pre Mr beast era clickbait to cite as an example. (Don't worry Mr beast will 100% be mentioned later but this part of the essay focuses on individual creators, not media companies like Mr Beasts operation).

Would really appreciate the help because not to dox myself but I was 8 in 2016 and had parents who actually supervised my internet connection so I don't particularly know examples off the top of my head to fall back on the same way I do for post 2020 YouTube.
