Training our replacement
With all that is going on (at WM but also our career at large), what is everyone’s plan when it all comes crashing down? I hate that I’m “doom posting” but us RPhs can see the writing on the wall. We know why the VV system is truly in place. Safety and time blah blah blah but we know it’s all about hours and money. Do we just carry on smiling while we get pushed out the door? I’m not sure what our options really are except wait and see? Do we proactively jump ship?
I’m aware of reimbursements and all going on there and the answer from corp is increase clinical services. But they are eventually going to go the way of scripts and insurances will stop paying us for those as well.
I’m really just content with my job but I can see how this goes for us. What’s our plan everybody?
