I’m getting quoted $15,000 to setup a fund/Reg D for my hard money company. I know a few of you have done it on your own. Has anyone had success with a reputable attorney for less than $15,000?
I have a hard money loan out in Ohio. Borrower is current but past my extension. I need my cash for another deal, so I’m looking for a takeout.
Borrower likely needs 3 months. They’re in a position to close on FHA loan. You would be first position for approximately $550,000. Recent appraisal came back at $730,000. Borrower prefers to roll in monthly payments.
