Today around 6pm while we were crossing the bridge, a fist fight broke out and a bunch of people moved to the front car. Heard one of the guy had a gun and we got off Marcy. Train conductor continued onto hewes where nypd would be called.

Wasn’t clear if the perpetrators got off the train at Marcy or something else happened at hewes cause we got off at Marcy and waited for the next train.

Has anyone ever made transition from tech design into product development role?

I’ve been in technical design for the past 10 years- and feel stuck at the senior level. Also sometimes it feels more like a QC role especially depending on the factories

Product development seems to have more upper level management role opportunities- so I am interested in transitioning into a PD position.. would love some insight if anyone has experience with both
