Legit Companies to Apply for Remote Contract Medical Writing Jobs?

I'm finding lots of opportunities for "remote medical writing", but when I look up the companies offering them, lots of reviews come up about the company being a scam or shady in one way or another. Are there any legit companies that are best to look up/keep an eye out for remote openings?

EDIT: Doesn't have to be contract, it can also be remote employment

Options for a Second Medical Writing Job That Will Pay Regularly?

I am currently working full-time as a medical tech writer at a company, but I'd like to take on some extra work to pay some extra expenses. If possible, I would like to find a way to make an additional $5000/month.

I've heard there are some freelance medical writing jobs that can pay $75-$100/hour, perhaps more. However, from what I've looked up so far, it seems like many options won't have a consistent schedule or a consistent workload, and I need something that will pay regularly (and also fit into my full-time schedule). Any advice on how/where to search for these opportunities?

(please excuse me if there's anything impractical about my expectations, I don't know too much about non-fulltime options)

Refinancing with Yrefy versus negotiating with Sallie Mae?

I'm trying to refinance my private student loans with Sallie Mae, but I'm in a complicated situation where my school is a non-title IV school, so I'm unable to qualify for any traditional refinancing companies like Sofi, Earnest, Splash, etc....Banks and Credit Unions are also unable to accept me because of my school status.

As of now, it seems like my only option is to refinance with Yrefy, because they seem like the only refinancing company that will accept schools that are not title IV; however, they require you to purposely default on your loans with 4 missed payments before they can negotiate with Sallie Mae to payoff the loan. I really want to avoid this option, since I don't want my cosigners to be impacted by the default.

When I had called Sallie Mae and asked if they have any other repayment options, they said to wait until I miss the first payment, then they can discuss repayment options before they report anything to the credit bureau. They were unable to specify what kind of options they could discuss.

So... which would be the better option? Refinance with Yrefy and let the hit happen with my/my cosigners' credit, and deal with all the potential messy stuff that will happen from it? Or should I just try missing the first payment and see what "options" Sallie Mae might offer, before anyone's credit score is affected? All I need is just a lower monthly payment... that's why I was considering refinancing in the first place, but I'm not sure how likely Sallie Mae can lower my monthly rate to be as low as I need it to be.

Refinancing Options for Private Student Loans for Non-Title 4 Schools?

The big name refinancing companies (Sofi, Earnest, Splash, etc) are unable to refinance schools that are not title 4. I've also tried a handful of banks and credit unions and am running into the same issue. Any other options out there??

Options for Refinancing Med School Loans (Caribbean Med School graduate)

I have almost $500,000 in PRIVATE student loans through Sallie Mae.

Sofi, Splash Financial, Lendkey, Earnest require U.S.-based Title IV-accredited college or university, and my school, Trinity School of Medicine, does not meet this criteria. It is a Caribbean med school.

Are there any options that will accept my school, and refinance my loans WITHOUT having to default my loans, go into delinquency, or do anything major that will affect my credit score?
