Plan for undergrounding power lines?

With the extreme heat, curious if Pasadena has a long-term plan to put utility lines underground? I've seen a few headlines but it's usually like a mile or two at a time which will take decades to get done. Would love to see this become a priority.

Brother DCP-L2640DW immediately goes offline with Mac running Tahoe 26.2. Can't Add Printer using downloaded brother driver, only Generic PCL Printer

Anyone have problems using the DCP-L2640DW on a Mac? This is a brand new printer. I downloaded the full software package from the brother website. I'm using a USB connection.
First, when I try to add printer, the name of printer shows up, but the driver to use is Generic 2.3, the brother specific one doesn't show up. If I try to print using this generic driver, it starts and shows 4% transferred, but then the printer quickly goes offline before anything happens.

Sometimes if I wait long enough on the add printer page, the Brother DCP-L2640DW driver shows up as an option in the "Use section", but when I select it and it shows "Setting up Brother DCP-L2640DW" but hangs for a long time then gives an error message. I can't actually set the printer up using the driver for it.

Anyone encountered this? It's literally a new printer than can't print even a single page. I once did get a test print a few weeks ago but even after that it just went immediately offline.

Best theater to see Odyssey? Any IMAX nearby?

Where is everyone going to see the Odyssey? I don't think we have any IMAX here. First movie fully shot in IMAX, so some shots will be slightly cut off if seen in a regular theater.

JPL to host first open house since 2023, tickets can be reserved starting August 29

This is exciting. Went to this years ago and got to see one of the satellites being built. Tickets are free but in high demand:

From Pasadena Now

>Explore JPL returns October 10 and 11, a free, two-day open house offering visitors a walk through mission control, spacecraft assembly bays and robotics labs at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains.

Free timed-entry tickets will be released at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, and based on prior years, JPL expects them to be fully reserved within 10 to 15 minutes, according to the lab’s official event page.

In 2016, 30,000 tickets were sold out within 15 minutes! Glad to see this is returning.

Is the Wrigley Mansion tour worth doing?

Looking for some daytime activities to break up the summer. Driven by the Rose Parade's home a few times but didn't know there's a tour. They're open every Thursday at 2pm, with a guided tour of house and gardens: https://www.visitpasadena.com/events/wrigley-mansion-house-tour/

Anyone do this? Would kids get bored going here? It's free so not much to lose by going but wondering if it's worth the time.

Recommendation for physical therapist for tennis elbow in area?

Please let me know of any recommendations. Was given a few practices by my orthopedist but I've found it's the specific therapist who matters and the one I called focuses on sports medicine. Thanks!

How is the Rose Bowl Flea Market? Next one coming up June 14

Always been curious about this event and thinking of heading to the next one. Anyone have any tips, favorite vendors to check out, ways to score the best deals? Anything to check out here compared to other ones across LA? Thanks all.
