When it is hot outside and I go up a hill on an interstate the Elantra suddenly slows down. Only happens when hot outside. Very dangerous when an 18 wheeler is behind me. Unable to go faster than 30 mph. Hybrid battery goes to only 5%. Brought to two different dealers and unable to find cause. Brought to an independent mechanic and he finds that the electric motor is over 260 degrees. There are NO codes captured for diagnostics!!!!! Anyone have this problem????
