Caleb for Magic: The Gathering

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a little project I've been working on. I'm making myself a custom Commander deck for MTG themed around Caleb. Not sure if anyone else here plays MTG but I wanted to share some of my favorite cards so far. I'm super excited with how this deck is turning out!

[WA] State Small Claims Court While Out of Country? Security Deposit Dispute

Location: Vancouver, WA (Clark County)

I'm disputing a $1,500 "flooring damage" charge that was sent to me upon move-out. I moved out 4/30/26 and received my move-out bill on 5/8/26. I sent a letter disputing the charge and requested an itemized list for the charge (receipts, labor quotes, etc) that is required by WA law. I received a response on 6/8/26 that basically says I was charged that much because they had to replace the whole floor because it was "glue down flooring" and then they sent me a copy of a message that I had sent them about the floor before move-out. I sent another response stating that they did not give me the required information and that I would be filing in small claims court. The apartment manager responded saying that I did receive an itemized statement on 5/8/26. So the 30 days has passed for them to send me the required information, despite this manager thinking she sent me appropriate information.

My biggest problem right now is that I'm out of the country traveling and won't be back in WA until August 1st. From what I could gather on the small claims court website, it seems like I have to file in person. So, what can I do here? I can't wait that long because they will send the bill to collections. Unless I'm able to do something about that? Can I have someone file on my behalf?
