I went from a 1080p VA Panel (LG UltraGear 24GQ50F-B)to a 1440p IPS Panel (Samsung Odyssey G5 G53F) . Sure, the Resolution difference is nice (Even though it’s not much imo since the FHD was 24” while the QHD is 27”) but the blacks on the IPS are HORRIBLE. Especially the backlight bleed. The colors are amazing and all but I can’t tolerate it. At the same time i hate the ghosting and smearing on VA panels and don’t have the budget for Mini-LED/OLED Monitors. I feel like i’m stuck on what to do
