We just had our service activated in Mission Viejo a few days ago. We signed up for the 2gig.

Since then I've been testing using speedtest.net at various times of the day and on various devices. The highest I ever got was 300, but most of the time it's between 100 and 200. Sometimes as low as 75. Google's speed test gives similar results.

Is this normal?
