Yes I know by statements, grand inquisitor is higher. However, that statement was made before marrok was a thing. Furthermore, marrok has way better showings than grand inquisitor ever had (literally keeping pace with maul in both 1v1 scenarios instead of ever getting folded) I feel like GI is a better leader but doesnt have marroks hands
