I made a post a few weeks ago of me screwing around on my heavy bag.
Everyone was very critical and I appreciate all the advice, tips, and even the negative stuff.
Here is a more recent clip.
I would love your guy’s opinions.
Sorry for the quality it was dark out so I had to up the brightness and exposure.

This was just a quick clip but I just wanted advice to see if there’s anything I should work on or take into consideration.
Yes I know I don’t really have great head movement it’s just a heavy bag clip and I know I have to work on my defense as a whole.
I’ve self trained over the last few years and I think I’ve done decently from what I could absorb online and the few good sparring sessions I’ve had with friends.
