Hey, everyone I'm on the hunt for a good steak frites (the classic French dish not steak fries) at a place that would be open between 9 pm - Midnight on a Saturday night. Prefer in the LoHi, Wheat Ridge, and Downtown areas (RiNo + LoDo). Bonus points if the bar has absinthe, but not a deal breaker.

I have a big birthday coming up but will be busy til at least 8:30 PM that day, hence the specific time frame. Thanks for the help!
