Can someone pls suggest what kinda Extracurriculars i should do which will also be helpful to build a good portfolio?

im currently in 12th grade right now, preparing for board exams. I've heard that ECs matter a lot especially if u are applying for abroad colleges and unis. would love to see good easy-to-access suggestions

any good libraries here? where i can sit quietly to read or study? or any other quiet spots for studying would work
