moving to CLT soon from the mountains. seeking a private/membership outdoor range that’s fairly low traffic, no RSO, pistol/carbine/rifle ranges from 15-200 yards and within an hour of Charlotte give or take… ik this is very specific, just got used to be able to show up to a quiet range alone and not be bothered by a billion people. For context my current range, your membership is paying for a key to unlock and lock yourself in/out of the range. doesn’t have to align specifically with my parameters but as close as possible would be amazing, all suggestions are welcome.

need some advice on how to remove factory thread inserts on Deadair Wolverine… roughly 2k rounds, never cleaned, never removed factory thread inserts. attempted to remove using vice to hold suppressor wrench & using torque wrench counter clockwise to remove insert. I assume the threads are super carbon locked on top of factory tightness. any ideas on best way to remove factory insert/loosen carbon lock-up?

hey guys, got a Deadair Wolverine I would like to be able to interchange between my WASR & SAM7. threads straight onto the WASR’s 14x1 LH with the standard threads. my SAM7 is 24x1.5mm RH. my question is for those how have experience, do you prefer dead air’s insert OR CNCW’s adapter. My concerns to consider. I know with the DA inserts, anytime I wanna swap the suppressor over, I will have to slap in it a vice and swap the inserts. I would prefer to not have to do this, and be able to put it on each rifle fairly easily/quickly. My concern with the CNCW adapter, is the lack of ability to have the wolverines detent catch interface with the SAM7s detent pin. I know the adapter has its own catch, but the suppressor would only be direct threaded to this adapter and I would be concerned about it walking off. I just wanted to hear some opinions and experience regarding these two options OR if there is a better option I am not considering. thanks in advance!
