Form check: can't progress my chest-to-wall handstand, what am I doing wrong?

I'm a former barbell lifter who switched to calisthenics about 3 months ago. I can hold a back-to-wall handstand for ~30s, but I'm stuck and can't progress to a freestanding handstand.

Edit: I meant back to wall, not chest to wall

Looking for honest feedback on Reach, a craving-moment toolkit for people quitting or cutting back on alcohol

Just got approved on the App Store after a couple of rejection/resubmission rounds, and I'd rather get real feedback now than assume it's all working.

The core idea: instead of a day-counter as the main feature, the app is built around the actual craving moment, you personalize a small toolkit (urge surfing, play the tape forward, a reach-out contact, a ritual-replacement escape plan) while you're calm, then it's one tap away when it's hard.

Free to download, 14-day trial. Genuinely want to know: does the onboarding feel too long before you reach the toolkit? Does the widget actually get used? Anything that feels off for a category this sensitive?

Happy to give free premium access to anyone who gives detailed feedback, just drop a comment or DM.

Back tuck advice

Hi all,

I’m looking for some back tuck advice/drills/cues.
I know my main problem is that I’m jumping with my knees still slightly bent and not fully extending, but I can’t seem to fix this.

Also the landing, I feel like I have enough height to hand but I can’t without putting my hands down.

Thank you.
