Pregnancy risk after sex on the pill + condom + Plan B? Dark brown spotting and cramps 8 days later

I’m on day 8 of my second combined OCP pack (my fourth month on the pill). I took my pills regularly and started the next pack immediately, without a break, for the first time to avoid a drop in hormone levels.
I had sex on day 20 of my previous pack, and we also used a condom. My partner ejaculated inside it and continued thrusting 2–3 times before withdrawing. He didn’t lose his erection during this time. The condom didn’t slip, but the semen seemed to spread along the inside rather than collect in the tip. I noticed whitish/creamy fluid around the outside of the condom’s base, on his skin, but I’m unsure whether it was semen or vaginal fluid.
I took Plan B (levonorgestrel) about 2 minutes after sex. I also take lamotrigine. I’ve read that lamotrigine may slightly reduce levonorgestrel levels, but I’m unsure whether this meaningfully affects contraceptive efficacy.
It’s been 8 days since sex. I experienced cramps and dark brown spotting, which now seems to have stopped, but the cramps persist and are stronger than the mild cramps I usually get on the pill.
Could this be breakthrough bleeding caused by continuous pill use and Plan B, or could it be implantation bleeding? Is pregnancy possible in my situation? I’m very anxious Any advice and reassurance would mean a lot.

(I also took metronidazole for only one day and stopped taking it 7 days before sex. I’m worried whether it could have affected my birth control’s effectiveness.)

Upper abdominal protrusion despite being underweight — what could be causing it?

I’m 28 years old, 5’5” tall, and weigh around 108–110 lbs. For a while now, the upper part of my abdomen, around my stomach, has started protruding, and I know it’s probably not because of weight gain since I’m already quite thin. But when I weighed around 101 lbs, I didn’t have this at all compared to now.
It’s really affecting my confidence. I saw a gastroenterologist and had an abdominal ultrasound, but everything was normal. I honestly don’t know what else I can do about it. I feel like it’s getting worse, and the only thing I can do is avoid wearing the clothes I like.
I’m honestly starting to feel tempted to lose weight again, but whenever I get thinner, my face also gets noticeably thinner, and I really don’t like how that looks. So I don’t feel like losing more weight is actually the solution.
Also, I had surgery for scoliosis when I was 16, so I’m not sure if that could be related somehow. But I didn’t have this issue even as recently as last year. It almost feels like severe bloating or swelling, and when I pull my stomach in, it completely goes away.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a solution for this?
(It might not be very noticeable in the photo, but it actually sticks out a little more than this.)

Can Lamictal make the birth control pill less effective?

Does anyone know if combined birth control pills interact with Lamictal (lamotrigine)? I know the pill can lower lamotrigine levels, but I’m not sure if it works the other way around. I’ve asked both my gynecologist and a pharmacist, and they said lamotrigine doesn’t make the pill less effective, but I’m still kinda worried. Has anyone here had any experience with this?
