Anyone able to help with this one?

Might be a bit of a reach but was thinking pericardial effusion could be present? Noticed the variable voltage in the Qrs and what looks like electrical alternans.

Can anyone explain why this isn’t Anterior MI + LBBB, and is just LBBB? Taken from an interventional cardiology page on insta and author said it was just Lbbb

Student medic here trying to get better with ekgs, was just hoping for an idea why this is just a LBBB, as I initially thought anterior STEMI. Thanks!

20M wanted advice on my investments and long term focus

Hey all, wanted advice on if you think it’s more suitable to invest in “riskier” stocks now. Im trying to keep about 70 percent of my portfolio in VOO, but want to branch out a little and put money in riskier (albeit long term) stocks (HOVR, RKLB, etc)

General thoughts? Open to any suggestions and maybe what you wish you did when younger. It’s not much money at all but a start. I’ve got money sitting in my savings not doing much and don’t care much about timing anything and just wanna put a good chunk more into my account to sit for at least 10 years? Hoping to use this on a down payment for a house if I ever end up affording one…

I’ll probably put another 1k-1.5k in within the next year, and as I’m younger, wanted thoughts to putting some into “riskier” stocks?

Was thinking of putting some in RKLB / ASTS and holding for YEARS, but wanted a general opinion. Trying to put most in VOO and let it ride till I’m 65.

Made some poor investments on here as you can see but it wasn’t much of my total portfolio, but man it’s tough to refrain from investing in “hype” stocks I see online.
