Folks that had Anterior pelvic tilt and were able to successfully get rid of it, how did you do it?
I've been away from fitness and living a sedentary lifestyle mainly due to my job and as a result, I've developed some anterior pelvic tilt. I've started going to the gym again and want to get rid of this tilt, but not sure how to do it. There are so many different videos on the internet that it feels overwhelming and i need some clarity. I know that I'd mainly have to strengthen my glutes and abs.
