Americans applying to study in Italy? Help

I’ve been browsing this subreddit for a while, and while it’s an amazing resource, I’ve noticed that the vast majority of posts and active users seem to be from India and other parts of Asia. It's great to see such a global community, but sometimes it feels a bit hard to find people going through the process from our side of the world—specifically america.
Since I’m currently navigating the whole process and looking to connect with others who are doing the same. Whether you’ve already made it to Italy, are right in the middle of paperwork, visas, and university applications, or are just starting out from this region, I’d love to hear from you.
It would be awesome to share tips, compare notes on specific regional requirements (like, pre-enrollment via Universitaly, consulates, etc.), and help each other out.
If you are from Latin America or the Americas and are in the same boat, drop a comment below or send a message. Let's build a little support network!

CMV: European Spine Surgery Resident considering US Medical Corps vs staying in Europe

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some honest insight and advice from current or former US military physicians, recruiters, or anyone familiar with military medicine or medicine in Europe
My Context:
I’m a Latino physician currently completing my specialization in Spine Surgery after another in orthopedic surgery in Europe, and I’m Weighing between two long-term career paths:
**Option A:** Finish my spine surgery specialization here in Europe, validate it to the US, and commission into the US Air Force or US Navy Medical Corps.
**Option B:** Stay in Europe long-term and build my surgical career within European healthcare systems
