Worst flare up in a while

I’ve been in the worst flare up I’ve had for a while. Racing pounding heart, anxiety through the roof, major dizziness, the top of my scalp hurts to the touch, my vision is fucked with visual snow, shakiness, my limbs feel tingly the list goes on and on.. idk what I’ve done to cause a flare up.. I’ve been drinking electrolytes, getting enough sleep, could this be stress? Please let me know I’m not alone. This one is really getting to me.

Freaking out.

So last night I think I had one of the worst experiences ever. A lot of neurological symptoms, panic, it felt like my legs, arms and hands stopped working. I couldn’t read and it felt like it was hard to speak. A lot of visual disturbances as well. I’ve had these symptoms before but I thought I was getting better. Has anyone else had these symptoms before? I did just have a slight cold so idk if that triggered it I am also under a lot of stress. I’m in fear this feeling will come back again.

Confused

I can’t tell if my symptoms are coming from my chiari malformation or long covid. Either way it sucks, does anyone else also have both of these? And POTS. So much dizziness & it feels like my ears are under water & visual snow plus anxiety. I think the heat is a trigger for me.

Can seem to understand what is causing this.

So idk what is causing this recent flare, but I’ve been experiencing leg weakness, internal buzzing sensations, anxiety is through the roof, swollen hands when I wake up, waking up out of my sleep in a panic, ear fullness, tinnitus, and visual snow. Please tell me I’m not alone in this, it’s been 3 going on almost 4 years in October since I’ve been dealing with this & im at the point of giving up. When will this end ? When I was pregnant with my youngest the symptoms subsided I thought I was free of this bullshit and I got no answers from why they went away while I was pregnant. Has this happened to anyone else??

Weird symptoms.

Hello, not so long ago in 2023 I was diagnosed with chiari type 1. I had a bunch of symptoms just appear over night after I had a high fever. I was sent in for a ct scan with thoughts of stroke but it turns out I just found out I had chiari. Fast forward to last year, I started getting other symptoms like legs jerking and weird feeling in the back of my throat & in the base of my neck. Does anyone else have these symptoms? I am going crazy trying to figure out if it’s chiari or something else wrong with me. These symptoms also can come with anxiety. Please let me know if I’m not alone in this 😩
