Hello everyone,

Just moving from Canada.

I have been offered a job in NJ for 190k and another one in TN for 100K. So nearly the double and I want to make sure I am making the best move for my first job in the US.

We are a single income family no kids but planning to. Also considering selling my house in Canada and buy in the US.

How far does 190k stretch in NJ if one wants to buy? Is it a good opportunity? My wife will not be working.
