Found an extremely strange note on the floor of a Japanese hotel lobby
I don't even know if this is the right sub for a post like this but I don't know where it is. Obviously this isn't legal tender of any sort, but I can't find any information on this at all. I've done an image search, I've looked up basically everything on this note individually and haven't found ANYTHING. The most I was able to gather is that "NESERA GESERA" refers to a conspiratorial financial reset of some kind.
We've had it for a couple months and I've been wondering about it since my brother found it. If this isn't the place for identifying weird niche unofficial tender like this, please let me know.
