Have to titrate again?
So because i’ve been so busy recently and i’m an idiot i didn’t clock that i desperately needed a refill until i had one dose left. I have no refills left for some reason so I contacted the pharmacy and I think i’ll be speaking to my doctor soon as well but it’s been about 48 hours no lamictal now and i’m starting to feel like shit, obviously, but whenever I do happen to get my meds back should i titrate again before i start taking my regular doses no problem? I have been on this medication 2.5 years and i take 100mg daily spread throughout a morning dose and a night dose (25mg tablets, I take 4 each day) I don’t wanna face any issues or have any side effects so if anyone knows the safest and smoothest way to approach this please let me know!
