How to transition to an eReader
Hey guys. I recently got into reading about two years ago and I have been using physical books for my reading. I have a cute little book lamp and everything but it wasn’t up until a year ago one of my old coworkers got a kindle.
I thought it was a really interesting way to read and she showed me her collections on her kindle. As time went on I kept but physical copies of the series I like and stuff but I have come to the realization that maybe it would be better if I get an eReader instead. I’m not too into the idea of buying a kindle due to the fact it’s an Amazon product (not a big fan of Bezos) and I saw a recent post online that the older models of the kindle won’t be updating anymore.
I’m also worried about the fact that I won’t be able to transfer my physical books in an eReader and I would have to buy them again even after having to buy the device and already having my books as a physical copy.
If I could get some tips and recommendations it would be super helpful and awesome.
