Would you recommend UCC?

I would like some advice. I am an international student from Romania going into my senior year of high-school. I really want to study abroad, specifically because I wish to experience a new culture, the kind of college life with international friends and a lot of new stuff to do. After living all my life in a small, boring town, I am really yearning for that. I want to do CS or BIS.

So I am wondering: Is UCC a good fit for me? Is Cork itself? I know there is a housing problem, how bad is it? How expensive? How hard is it to get into, and is there stuff to do?

Would it be worth it to pay more to go to Dublin? What about Galway? I will start my studies in 2027.
