Burnt orange.

This will be my fourth Weber. Please someone tell me I'm not crazy 🤣

I did pork belly burnt ends/bites once before and they were amazing. That was a few years ago and I cannot remember where I got the meat from. I'm thinking it should be an unrolled boneless cut which can then be cut into cubes for smoking. Anyone tried them recently?
