Losing With Bad Sleep/Stress?

Hi all. In my weight loss journey, it seems like a huge roadblock has been sleep deprivation and the biological stress that comes with it, along with external stress.
I was on Tirzepatide for one year and lost only around 20–25 lbs with no exercise but a decent diet—not perfect. I’ve been on 2 mg of Retatrutide for a little over a month and am seeing minimal to no weight loss still.

I have a good understanding that this may be due to chronic sleep deprivation from my job, insomnia, and ADHD.

Just curious if anybody else who is chronically sleep deprived (averaging ~5 hrs/night per week) has still seen good results with GLP-1 medications, including Retatrutide.

TL;DR: Chronic sleep deprivation (~5 hrs/night), ADHD, and stress may be stalling my weight loss. Saw modest results on Tirzepatide (20–25 lbs in a year) and minimal progress so far on Retatrutide. Anyone else sleep deprived and still seeing solid GLP-1 results?
