Hi everyone!

So i'm really new here, and just doing my research about some countries i'm considering moving to after my med school graduation from Europe. I was looking at the program descriptions at carms and i saw that a lot of them ask for writing an essay about your ties and connections to the area. Is it really that important?

As someone from Europe, i naturally don't really have any connections. What should i include in these essays?
