This trophy will be the end of me.

Has anyone had the Threats: Clear indicator change? Every time I check the map, Plains of Mist alternates between Clear and II. I can't find any evidence that it's a known bug or anything like that, and I know for sure that it's clear.

Any tips for completion in general? I've gone through the Lymbic Forge at least 3 more times after the ending...

Edit-PSA: The Plains of Mist glitch seems to be caused by the one-hit ones that don't have a tier, so for Plains of Mist the map would show the last threat level I viewed, or Clear if I last viewed a clear area. I suppose the same glitch could happen with Senedra Forest, because of the Spire one-hit enemies.
