Need help turning my mini stick into a mouse control

I was using this video as a guide: https://youtu.be/i5adWtO_dME?si=-uJDM_VusCXkaBmC

But I had some issues, like having no lowres 4w or 8w POV types, only common and HAT 4w, and when I got to the test part, my POV 1 would still register while in mouse mode

Anyone have any luck doing this with the current VKbdev software like I'm using?

I Just ordered the Gladiator NXT EVO

It's the space combat premium stick and It's getting delivered soon and I was just curious if anyone has any advice for set up or in just general.

I've got a few flight sim games like Ace Combat and Project Wingman but my main one is Nuclear Option with 225 hours. I've also play space games like Elite Dangerous.

If anyone has any configs for any of those games I'd appreciate if you could share and Id love any game recommendations!
