Niche/creatieve horeca
Hoi,
Ik ben benieuwd naar wat voor ideeën er leven voor horeca/uitgaansplekken in Zwolle. Plekken die hier nog ontbreken. Niet alleen in het centrum maar bijvoorbeeld ook in de wijken.
Denk aan kantines/bars/multi concepten zoals overdag koffie ‘s avonds speciaal biertjes, cocktails of wijn. Wellicht met een iets rauwer randje.
De iets minder ‘’normale’’ horeca concepten waar kunst/muziek/creativiteit ook een rol krijgt in bijvoorbeeld de activiteiten programmering.

I’m curious what kind of ideas people have for hospitality/nightlife venues in Zwolle. places that are still missing here. Not just in the city center, but also in the neighborhoods.
Think of cafés/bars/multi-concept venues such as coffee during the day and craft beers, cocktails, or wine in the evening. Maybe with a slightly raw, edgy vibe.
The slightly less “standard” concepts where art, music, and creativity also play a role in the activities and programming.
