Unlimited shapes are now available on extrabold.tools
I just released an experimental path mode on extrabold.tools.
You can now draw your own shape instead of starting from a rectangle, then generate baseplates from that outline. And ofcourse all other featuers (mostly) work with it, so splitting to buildplates, magnet holes, screw holes, ect.
I’m mainly curious about the editor itself. Does it feel intuitive? Is it clear how to add points, move them, close the shape, and adjust the result? Are there moments where you get stuck or expect it to work differently?
The goal is to make weird drawer inserts, tool organizers, odd trays, and non-rectangular Gridfinity baseplates easier to create.
I’d love to hear what feels good, what feels confusing, and what you would want added next.
