My dog treats me differently after surgery

She is either mad at me for leaving her for a few days or is taking it easy on me. She used to be all over me licking my face and head, now she’s reluctant to jump on my lap when I give the recall demand. We used to play footsie on the bed, now she’s reluctant just lays her head on my legs. I just had spine surgery so no bending twisting or lifting for me, she’s right under my weight limit but i prefer she jumps up. Is she worried about me? Or mad at me? She still sits on my lap but only after much coaxing and then puts her head on my arm.
