What is the best practice for the rest in the first bar shown? I'm really not liking it overlapping with the other voices but it feels necessary to properly show the inner voice.

I'm looking for a good iPad stand for gigs. Feeling a bit burned after the one I bought off amazon fell apart after about a month of use (my fault for buying the cheapest option). My two criteria are that it's sturdy and and that it will pack down small. I don't always have a vocal mic in front of me so the ones that attach to mic stands aren't much good for me. Anyone got some good recommendations?
