Someone took my Segway G3 electric scooter from Deering Oaks - Its been at this spot in Bath since 9pm last night

Someone took my Segway G3 scooter from Deering Oaks in portland and Apple places it at this location in Bath since 9pm last night.

Someone unsuccessfully tried to steal my electric scooter but now my key no longer works and my scooter is stuck.

Who can I call in Portland to help finish what the thief started and break my lock so I can get my scooter back??
