Git & GitHub Setup for Signed Commits & Verification
I recently had to set this up for work and found it all a bit hard to navigate, so I wrote this up. Hope it helps!

No build-your-own version yet. Will be interesting to see how much it would be to upgrade to 96GiB.
Edit: Just checked, the T14 Intel model is up with a configurator, but does not go above 64GiB for now.
Would also love to see some confirmation that the P14s is similarly repairable as the T14, like we see here: https://www.reddit.com/r/thinkpad/comments/1sgaks8/the_new_t14_gen_7_is_basicly_a_framework/
A quick use of the product comparison tool mostly just shows that the P14s seems to still have SODIMM for RAM where the T14 upgraded to CAMM2.
Finally did a brief writeup of a script I have been using for over a decade - hope it can help! Let me know any useful or fun improvements that could be made.
