Went through today and noticed pretty bad scratching occurred on the right side of our SUV. I checked another person's car in the vacuum bay and they had the same.
I would avoid going here today and check your car (back/mid right) if you already did.
Have been collecting for a while and wanted a better way to display a few albums. Found these display shelves and may end up adding a few more in the room. Picked a few of my favorite albums - mostly from high school and college
I am about to start training for my first marathon (September) and was looking at the HH novice 2 plan. Based on my work and family schedule, I can really only do 4 days per week. This matches with the Novice 2 plan.
However, I am concerned on the speed work in this plan. It only goes to 8 mile pace and doesnt have any intervals.
Has anyone tweaked this plan to add more speed work? Or any other 4 day plans recommended?
