Questions about cleaning

I recently got this gasmask and I just wanted to know how to properly clean this thing. Like if I should remove the straps before letting it soak and for how long or if theres any type of soap i should avoid. Also if there's a good way to get rid of the big creases.

Question about train cancellation

Anyone know anything about what happened with the train that's causing all the train cancelations between bludenz und feldkirch. I saw the train between schlins and frastanz and emergency response vehicles around it while riding on the rail replacement service bus but know nothing more about it.
