Just wrapped up a great Swim Trek adventure of the Egadi Islands of Sicily. We were fortunate on our third day to be the first group of the season to complete the island crossing with the assistance and blessing of the Guardia Costiera and our Swim Trek support boats.
I have a small key fob that is getting destroyed on my key ring. The wear shown is probably just shy of two years. One solution I've considered is plasti-dip and another is just to wrap in electrical tape. Any other ideas to extend the life of this fob?
On my Coronado 23, the tiller rubs on the fiberglass of the cockpit well. Thinking of adhering a sacrificial piece of material to the fiberglass and fastening something else to the underside of the tiller. An initial thought is using 4200 to stick a uhmw sort of rail to the well and flat stock of similar material to the tiller. I tried to rig a sort of bumper to the rudder stem to act as a stop for the tiller yoke but had no luck. Any ideas for a solution to this?
