acquired ingredients tips

I've been experimenting with a very weird, oceanic, smokey, abstract idea for a fragrance. I've acquired some ingredients i plan on toying with and would greatly appreciate some tips as I am kinda new to perfumery.

Ingredients are:

Seaweed absolute

Lemongrass EO

Sakura salicylate

Ambroxan

Choya Ral EO

Tobacco Absolute

Ginger absolute

Vernaldehyde

And perfumers grade ethanol alcohol.

In the past I've had certain EOs just not dissolve in the alcohol and also want to know how to fix that, like if I could switch the alcohol out for something else.

Tincture ~> absolute?

I have a few homemade tinctures that I've been experimenting with for making my perfume. I have a tincture made out of cannabis leaves and dried/cured flower, a star jasmine tincture, and a seaweed tincture all using perfumers grade ethanol. All of these tinctures have subtle scents, but nothing at all noticeable when I add the essential oils in my recipes. I've been researching how to evaporate the ethanol out and leaving behind a more concentrated aromatic liquid. Is there any way to DIY making an absolute from these tinctures with quality and safety?
