my first time trying tinned fish!!
im autistic and very picky. despite this, i’m trying to broaden my culinary horizons and try some new things! i’ve wanted to try tinned fish for some time, and saw several people on here recommend mackerel in olive oil as a good introductory fish. while i’m a bit conflicted about whether or not i like it, i definitely dont hate it and i’m proud of myself for trying something new.
i bought a few cans, so i’m gonna try it with club crackers tomorrow and see if that improves it. i’d love any other recommendations for dishes i can try incorporating tinned mackerel into!
