Patreon Support advises to send a refund directly to patron via "offline" platforms "like Paypal or Venmo"
This is crazy, right? I've never heard of a payment company allowing transactions to be resolved person-to-person outside their own ecosystem, let alone advising people to do so as a first recourse.
