list pulling and skiptrace

alright let’s cut to the chase

I know there’s 1 good software out there that has both good and updated lists for pulling and good skiptrace,

Which software is it?

BatchLeads has gone to shambles with their skiptrace so I’m currently pulling lists from them and then going to skip matrix

Instead of doing the back and forth and for convenience, what’s a good one you all recommend that does good in both?

Sick of Outbound

I’m a beginner wholesaler and I feel like this outbound approach never gets the ball rolling.

I personally use GHL and im running into problems everyday. I accidentally add a trigger word when adding tag, now im restricted from texting.

I manually start to text a couple phone numbers, now I get an error rate because apparently my skip tracing is trash. I use Batchleads as my skip tracer.
So now I have to import into a phone validation tool THEN that’s when I get an actual list to text.

Cold calling manually, no luck either.

Maybe I just need to switch to inbound. PPL, google ads, I want to know where I could probably succeed in best as a beginner.

Maybe im not being patient with the process. I just hate being idle because i feel as if im not doing much if im not speaking to sellers, not even close to giving an offer. Just fighting with the system that’s supposed to help.

Is it really softwares?

I’m new to wholesaling. I’ve been doing my research for a while now, see all types of mentors post online saying what softwares to use to find motivated sellers.

But is it really the softwares where you can find motivated sellers, Or thinking logically,

Is it really just about making a very hot website that’s literally meant for those who are looking for a cash offer on their home, whether it be distressed or not?

I understand the filters and what can make a person motivated to sell, but that isn’t really separating you from the competition is it?

If everyone has the same approach like PropWire, I’m sure it’s just over saturating and makes it 10x harder to find a deal.

Just a question. I’m new so I’m open to anybody who has different ideas or could point in the right direction.

Thanks
